Meet Tom Lim
Tom’s journey into the car business was anything but typical. From leading a 1,500-member youth gang in the streets of Toronto to going to Bible College to becoming a Youth Pastor, he learned how to inspire, lead, and change lives long before stepping into a car dealership. When he couldn’t support his family on a Pastor’s salary anymore, he decided to try car sales.
Four months later, he was in Finance. Five months after that, he was a Sales Manager. The rest of his 25-year career?
